Jeffrey holds a BA (Drama) from the Queensland University of Technology and a MA (Drama and Theatre Education) from the University of Warwick. He has conceptualised and taught the 'Drama Camps' at Raffles Institution (1993, 1994), Crecent Girls School (2002, 2003), 'Acting, directing and scripting camp' Convent of the Holy Infant Jesus, Katong Convent (2002), 'Basic Acting Drama Workshop' at Anglo Chinese Primary School, Rulang Primary School, Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytecnic, 6 months Actor Training at Boy Homes (1999).
