Reality over dream or letting my dream to lead the way?

Some of my friends have graduated from top University and some are busy making money. But while time keeps flowing, I kept answering and doubting myself what do I want the most. Should I pursue my dream? Should I work on what I've studied and earning money like others ? Everything makes me to feel lost and helpless. I sincerely hope that my selfishness and choice will not hurt my my family, but at the same time I believe that each person should take in charge of their own life. So reality over dream or letting my dream to lead the way ?
