I am a very shy girl.
I am a very shy girl. When you heard of the word "shy" you must be thinking that it means smiling or face turns red right? Actually it's more than that. When I am shy, I can't have a normal conversation with people. I can't even look into people's eyes. To be honest, I don't like it when I am this shy, it makes me look stupid and I guess I look rude isn't it? Sometimes, I am so nervous that I have to leave because I feel like I can't breathe or I might act weirdly. The more I think that it may happen, the more I will feel stress. I know I need to overcome this, but it takes time. But I know one day I will be able to have thousand and millions of conversation with people. Even though I am shy, I am able to make some friends and a lot of close friends. I am very thankful to have them. They are my best friend who are always there for me when I am needed. Thank you, Ee ling, Syuk and Zara.
People are getting more racist compare to many years ago. In my hometown, Ipoh, I never have the experience of what my mom told me, hanging out with other races friends or getting invited to their house but since I come to Kuching for study, I am able to experience what my mom told me. It's very sad to see that people in semenanjung are wearing "colour glasses" to see people. No matter what races they are, they are mostly racist. But fortunately, people in east malaysia are still friendly to each other, they don't judge you no matter who you are, even though you can't speak a very good malay as Malaysian, they don't say any rude things to you. I feel very welcome when I am here. Thank you so much :)
